We offer Transitional Housing, Supportive Permanent Housing, and Neighborhood Stabilization programs for low income residents of Stanislaus County and in the Central Valley.


Transitional Housing

A 18-24 month program that is designed to transition low income clients at risk of being homeless to housing independence. (50-120% AMI)

Veteran's Assistance
Helping America's Veterans find housing solutions.
Supportive Housing
This program is designed to meet the needs of the chronically homeless disabled community.
Applications are accepted at the Stanislaus County Access Center
WE Provide:


Qualified case managers to work with you to gain housing.  Once housed we assist you with gaining employment, health services, food, clothing, and other supportive services in our community.

We Do Not Provide:


Motel Vouchers, Emergency Shelter, Rent and Utility Deposit Assistance.


We offer a variety of workshops for our clients that are designed to work with our fellow agencies in providing supportive services to CICV clients. The workshops are on the second Tuesday of every month at 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM at CICV.
